If you are in the Raleigh area, this is the KIA dealer you need to go to. It's likely an hour drive for you so it's not far. My wife and I visited all the ones in or near Raleigh and their customer service was terrible. Also they charge ridiculous add ons and other fees, especially if it's a new vehicle thats in demand. We bought a 2026 Carnival hybrid yesterday and the experience here was so good i'm actually floored. I HATE GOING TO DEALERS. Our sales person was Michael Battle, and we also worked with Charles and Betty in finance. Michael was very responsive and located the exact color combo. I asked questions and he got all the answers I need very quickly. Incredibly nice guy. We sat down with Charles next and he helped get paperwork together and then he helped my wife get the vehicle set up with her phone. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met at a dealership. I don't know how much he earns, but Joey if you are reading this double the mans salary seriously. He deserves that and more. Or at least take him to play golf more. (He did not ask or pay me to say this btw. The finance person was Betty and she was equally as good as Charles. Finance managers are usually tough personalities and not my favorite people. She was amazing. Not pushy and very personable. You can tell she loves what she does. She was amazing with our kids. Huge shoutout to everyone here. Amazing staff and the facility is huge and beautifully kept. This dealer blows all the Raleigh are dealers out of the water. Is KIA corporate happens to read this you need to visit in person and use this as a model for all your other dealers. We got rid of our Toyota for a Kia and could not be happier. Joey if you want to chat or have questions call me anytime. I will refer every single person I can to this dealer. Whoever buys our Sienna make sure to tell them it's been a perfect vehicle. I was stranded in Rocky mount after a tire went through my front bumper of my 2020 telluride and smashed my radiator while traveling from my home in south carolina to Maryland.
