My wife and I visited all the ones in or near Raleigh and their customer service was terrible. Also they charge ridiculous add ons and other fees, especially if it's a new vehicle thats in demand. Our sales person was Michael Battle, and we also worked with Charles and Betty in finance. Michael was very responsive and located the exact color combo. We sat down with Charles next and he helped get paperwork together and then he helped my wife get the vehicle set up with her phone. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met at a dealership.
