My wife and I visited all the ones in or near Raleigh and their customer service was terrible. Also they charge ridiculous add ons and other fees, especially if it's a new vehicle thats in demand. We bought a 2026 Carnival hybrid yesterday and the experience here was so good i'm actually floored. I HATE GOING TO DEALERS. Our sales person was Michael Battle, and we also worked with Charles and Betty in finance. Michael was very responsive and located the exact color combo.
